Our team consists of qualified professionals in the language training and services sector.

Training Team

Our customized training programs require exceptional trainers. As a minimum, our native-speaking trainers must have the following:

  • Teaching qualification from a recognized certification body e.g. Cambridge CELTA/DELTA or Trinity CertTESOL.
  • Minimum three years training experience
  • A working knowledge of the German language

We do not issue trainers with our own teaching certificates, nor do we recognize any value in 'qualifications' issued by language school franchises or obscure online certification companies.

Management

Company founder and director James Dowling was born in England holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of London and language teaching certification from Cambridge University. James has nearly two decades of experience in the business language sector, and has worked as a trainer and consultant in Germany, the UK, Spain and the former Yugoslavia. In 2009 he founded the Business Language Company in Munich, and has overseen its rapid development into a leading B2B provider.
