5 Steps to Tailored Training

Our training process is designed to meet your organization’s specific needs and deliver measurable results through five key steps:

The communication needs of your organization are identified in a face-to-face meeting with one of our advisors.

We will consider:

  • your industry sector
  • your business model
  • your customers, suppliers, partners (etc.)
  • your personnel and their current language proficiency

Specific, measurable training goals are defined and a training plan is created to meet these goals within a realistic timeframe.

The training plan usually includes:

  • a recommended blend of Business English and Specialist English Group Training, and/or Private Coaching for key members of your team
  • a training schedule with dates and milestones
  • suggested groupings of participants
  • recommended training materials

Suitable trainers are selected according to their skills set and experience, your participants receive a pre-training briefing and your training begins in your preferred format: face-to-face, online, or hybrid.

We provide continuous support throughout the training process, with progress assessment,  360-degree feedback and attendance reports at regular intervals.

Upon completion of the training, we conduct a final assessment and provide participants with (optional) certificates of achievement. Where further training is required, the final assessment forms the basis of a new needs analysis.
